When you submit the quote form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you send: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and the details of the project you are asking about. We collect this because we cannot price or schedule a painting job without it.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site or ad that referred you. This is used to understand which pages and which ads are working.
3. Text Messages
If you give us your phone number and submit a request, you agree to receive text messages from us about your estimate and project. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. The full consent language is on our Text Us page.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use it to respond to your request, schedule and carry out your free estimate, discuss scope and pricing, run and follow up on your project, and keep records of work we have done. We also use aggregate site and ad data to decide where to advertise. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Service Providers and Tracking
Some third parties process information on our behalf, and each has its own privacy policy:
- ·HighLevel hosts our quote form and stores the requests you submit, so we can follow up with you.
- ·Meta receives site activity through the Meta Pixel, which we use to measure and target Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- ·Google supplies the reviews shown on this site through our Google Business Profile, and provides site analytics.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Cookies and Your Choices
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic function and for the advertising measurement described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit ad personalization in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google account settings. 7. Retention
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations. If you want your information removed, contact us and we will do it where we are able to.
8. Children
This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top of the page.
